LxMerit LLC builds the L(earn)² learning platform and operates automation software for client businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Account and learning data — for L(earn)² users: profile details, coursework, and mastery records you generate on the platform.
- Mobile phone number — only if you choose to enable text notifications, or if you are a client business owner who signed our written SMS consent form.
- Standard technical data — IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To operate the service you asked for: deliver curriculum and track mastery, secure your account, send the notifications you opted into, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile information and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages are sent only to numbers that opted in — either through a verification code confirmed in account settings, or through a signed written consent form. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply.

Who we share data with
Only with the service providers required to run the platform — hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and payment processing — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. They may not use it for their own purposes. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Children
L(earn)² is used by families, and pupil accounts are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. A parent may review or delete their child's information at any time by contacting us. We do not send marketing to pupils, and we do not send text messages to pupil accounts.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
